30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase on any unused listing credit. If you've purchased a $5.00 listing credit and haven't used it to publish a listing, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason.

Once a credit is used

Once a listing credit is used to publish a rental listing, the $5.00 fee for that credit is non-refundable. The credit has been delivered and the listing is live on the platform.

Credit expiry

Unused listing credits expire one year after purchase. Expired credits cannot be refunded.

How to request a refund

Email support@milhomings.com from the address used at checkout, including the receipt or order number from your payment confirmation email. We'll confirm eligibility and issue the refund through the original payment method.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
