Terms of Service

1. Who you're contracting with
Stationed (the "Service"), operated at milhomings.com, is provided by Milhousing (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility
The Service is for current and former U.S. military service members and their families. You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activity includes: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property rights, posting false housing information, interfering with security, scraping or probing the Service, and uploading malware.
4. Listings and member content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any listing, message, photo, or other content you post. You grant the Seller a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service. The Seller may remove content that violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, and content created by the Seller, is owned by the Seller and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service.
6. Payments and listing fees
Posting a rental listing requires a one-time, non-recurring listing fee (currently $5.00 USD per listing credit). All payments, billing, taxes, and receipts are processed by our reseller Paddle.com. 7. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
8. Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Seller is established. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
